video series for healthcare employees
“Take Two” is a series of 2 minute videos designed to enhance interactions between health care workers and their patients and co-workers and reinforce behavioral skills. The popular series was delivered to all employees at Kaiser Permanente Colorado every other week for a year. In a survey, where nearly 2000 employees voluntarily responded, people raved about the playful spirit and encouraging tone of the videos. “It was my special treat before I began work on Wednesdays,” said one viewer. Over 95% of respondents said they were able to apply the learning to their work.
