“We brought Joe on board at DaVita to develop training material to enable a major change initiative for all 60,000 teammates. With some work experience together prior and a couple positive recommendations, it was an obvious choice. Joe has unicorn-rarity in scope of capabilities: instructional design, graphic design, live and animated video creation, and voiceover (as well as experience with healthcare companies and coaching/engagement/talent material). He was intentional about his understanding of our culture and branding, as well as the audience’s responsibilities, challenges, and work realities. He drove deadlines and kept up to a dozen deliverables organized and on track at once. He was amenable to suggestions, but also explained his reasoning and at times pushed back for the sake of better content and learning.
